Rachel Ambats is a New York City based lawyer who has served as a powerful and tireless advocate for her clients for over 15 years. She is an experienced practitioner in the areas of family and matrimonial law, employment discrimination, civil and human rights violations, and child abuse and neglect matters.

Ms. Ambats is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. She has regularly practiced in Family Court, Civil Court, Supreme Court and the Appellate Courts for the First and Second Judicial Departments. Ms. Ambats has also practiced before various administrative boards and governmental agencies, including the New York City Environmental Control Board, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, the New York State Unemployment Board, the New York District Office for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Human Rights Commission, and the New York City Human Rights Commission.
